Selected small parcels of Shiraz from both our own vineyards and premium growers. Wine that reflects the earthern nature of the Heathcote, rich red cambrian soils and an ability to mature gracefully. Deep colour with purple edge. Perfume, energy, brightness, violets, olive tapenade. Dark fruited, dense but relaxed, very silky fine tannins.
